目的:测定四个产地石菖蒲中*细辛醚的含量进行对比。方法:色谱条件:100%=:甲基聚硅氧烷分析柱(18m×0.32mm,0.25μm);升温程序:起始温度60℃,保持5min,6℃/min升至200℃:进样口温度:200℃:检测器温度:260℃:进样量:1儿;流速:1.51m/min;分流比:40:1:溶剂:乙酸乙酯;载气:氮气;内标物:正十八烷。结果:湖南产石菖蒲中α-细辛醚的含量相对高。α-细辛醚回归方程:Y=0.6297X+0.0053,r2=0.9999:线性范围:22-443μg.mL^-1;α-细辛醚的回收率为94.2%。结论:方法快速准确,稳定,样品处理简便,易。

Objective: To determine a-asarone in Rhizoma Acorus tatarinowii Schott from four origins. Methods: GC condition consists of 100 % DPS column( 18 m×0.32 mm×0.25 μm), the temperatures of injector and detector with 200℃ and 260 ℃respectively, sample size with 1 μL, flow in 1.51 m/min, split ratio of 40:1, acetic ether as solvent, highly pure nitrogen as carrier gas and n-octadecane as internal standard. Results: Assay of a-asarone showed the Acorus tatarinowii from HuNan contains relative high and stable levels of a-asarone. The linear equation of α-asarone: y=0.6297x+0.0053, r2=0.9999(n=6) was obtained in the range of 0.0227-0.4432 mg/mL. The recovery of α-asarone was 94.2 %. Conclusion: The method was accurate, rapid and sensitive.
