将二氧化钛水凝胶与多壁碳纳米管复合后修饰到玻碳电极表面制备H2O2生物传感器。采用循环伏安法对电极性能进行了表征。探讨了制备及测试最佳条件,用电流一时间曲线法检测样品中H2O2含量。该修饰电极具有响应速度快(〈0.5s)、灵敏和选择性好、还原峰电位(-0.28v)低等特点。线性范围4.0×10^-4-13.0mmol/L,检测限0.12μol/L。

nano-titanium dioxide/multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (nano-TiO2/MWCNTs/GC) was successfully prepared by a surface coating method. The process of nano-TiO2/MWCNTs/GC preparation was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The optimal conditions for the preparation and test of nano-TiO2/MWCNTs/GC were inquired. Hydrogen peroxide was detected by cyclic voltammetry and current vs time curve. The results indicated that the electrode has the merits of fast response (〈0.5 s), good selectivity and low reduction peak potential-(-0.28 V). The linear range of detection of H20: was 4.0×10^-4-13.0 mmol/L with a detection limit of 0.12 mol/L.
