本文研究了宽幅压条件下大功率SEPIC变换器的工作特点及其软开关的参数设计,通过分析得出其软开关实现条件,并在此基础上运用MATLAB进行仿真和参数优化。通过搭建实验平台,测算了宽幅压条件下加入软开关后的相关电流电压参数和系统效率,实验证明该电路能很好的实现主、辅开关管的零电压零电流开通和关断,损耗低,传输效率高,是大功率场合下船用高效率幅压直流变换器的方案选择之一。

In this paper, the work characteristic and parameter designing of SEPIC topology as well as its soft switching are studied in details. The soft switching realization qualification of wide-range input voltage is obtained by analysis. Furthermore, the parameters are optimized by using MATLAB simulation. In the experiments, relevant parameters and the efficiency of system are measured or calculated with wide-range input voltage, the zero-voltage zero-current turn-on and turn-off of the main and assistant switching tubes can well realized with its loss reduced and efficiency enhanced. The converter is the one of the high efficiency DC-DC converter in a wide range voltage input of the ship.
