为了研究喀斯特高原典型旅游目的地的水利风景资源的游憩特性，在梳理游憩研究背景、意义和国内外游憩价值的研究现状基础之上，从经济学角度出发，以贵州省贵阳市花溪区为例，用TCM评价方法对花溪区水利景观游憩价值进行了综合评价。研究结果表明，随国民经济和旅游业不断发展，水利景现在花溪区旅游业市场中所占比重越来越大，对游客吸引力日趋增强，其游憩价值5年年均约为1．36亿元。研究可有效促进贵州水利景观保护，为旅游开发、规划项目实施提供理论基础。

In order to study the water scenic resources＇ characteristics of the area in Huaxi County of Guiyang City in Guizhou Province as akey Karst plateau tourism destination, the comprehensive as-sessment of the recreational value on the water resources was Carried out using the travel cost method （TCM） in view of the local economics on the basis of the reviews of the recreational value and its re-searching progress in which the scientific significance and its knowledge background were fully ana-lyzed in case of the Huaxi County of the Guiyang City in Guizhou Province in this paper. As a result, with the developing of the national economic and tourism, the proportion of the tourism on the water resources landscape in the Huaxi County is becoming more and more important, for which the annual recreational values amounted to about 1.36 billion yuan in average in the recent 5 years and the charm of the water resource andscapes was becomed more and more striking to the visitors. The re-search would promote effectively the water resource landscape conservancy and provide theoretical foundation for the tourism development and project planning in Guizhou Province.
