青霉素生产中产生的大量废水COD值较高,生化性较差,成分复杂,微生物难以降解,其处理技术是世界性难题。应用生物膜反应器对青霉素洗滤布水进行处理,使洗滤布水循环套用,减少水用量的同时减少污染排放,有效提高了水的利用率,提高了经济效益和社会效益。

The large quantities Of waste water produced in the production of penicillin has higher COD value, poorer biochemical character,complex components, non-degradable microbes, and its processing technology is a worldwide problem. Using membrane bioreactor the filter cloth wash water was recycled. Water consumption and pollution were all reduced, not only water utilization rate was effectively improved, but also the economic benefit and social benefit were improved.
