通过对拜尔法溶出系统热平衡分析,指出了拜尔法溶出系统热利用率的不足及原因。从提高预热器换热效率、合理制定料浆自蒸发器与冷凝水自蒸发器的热工参数、提高预热级数、定期清理预热器结疤等方面,提出了提高溶出系统热利用率的一些见解。

According to the heat balance analysis of dissolution system in Bayer proess, the deficiency and reason of heat - utilization of dissolution system in Bayer proess was discoveried. From the aspects of improving the heat transfer ef- ficiency of preheater, fomulating the reasonable thermal parameters of evaporator, improving the preheating series, clean- ing periodical of perheater scarring, the opinion to improve the heat utilization in dissolution system was addressed.
