The floatation - oxidation - ditch - constructed wetland process was introduced. The results showed that degradation rate of CODcr was above 95% and degradation rate of NH3 - N was above 90%. The effluent datas can meet the first class requirements of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard( GB8978 -1 996). The system had the advanta- ges of stability, lower cost and easy operation.
