增塑剂是添加到聚合物体系中使聚合物体系的塑性增加的物质,对促进塑料工业的发展起着决定性的作用。在邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯（DIBP）和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯（DBP）的生产过程中,由于原料（异丁醇和丁醇）与副反应所引入的杂质不断累积,使回收醇中的杂质含量随之增加,严重影响粗酯色泽。本文利用DIBP单塔、DBP双塔处理装置有效地降低回收醇中的杂质含量,其中经DIBP单塔装置处理后的杂质含量为5%,而后者也仅为10%,使成品色泽得到改善。

Plasticizers were the substances added to the polymer system made plasticity in crease, which played a de- cisive yole in promoting the development of plastics industry. The color of the finished product was directly effected by quality of raw materials, iso alcohol butanol, in the production process of the phthalic acid diisobutyl （DIBP） and dibutyl phthalate （DBP） plasticizer. With the device expansion of production capacity, a few impurities from raw material and some side reaction resultant should be cumulatived in the system, so that the impurity content accumulated of recovery al- cohol was increased in this system. When the volume was more than 5%, the color of crude ester would seriously be of deterioration. A set of recycling alcohol treatment plant was adopted in ord to remove impurities in the recovery of alcohol, reduce its content and improve the finished color.
