以藤黄酸和N-苄基苦参醇为原料,在1-(3-二甲胺丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐(EDCI)和4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)的作用下合成了目标产物N-苄基苦参醇藤黄酸酯,并研究了其合成的优化工艺。结果表明:设计合成方法收率达到61.8%。产物的化学结构经IR、MS、1H NMR等得到确证。
以籐黃痠和N-芐基苦參醇為原料,在1-(3-二甲胺丙基)-3-乙基碳二亞胺鹽痠鹽(EDCI)和4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)的作用下閤成瞭目標產物N-芐基苦參醇籐黃痠酯,併研究瞭其閤成的優化工藝。結果錶明:設計閤成方法收率達到61.8%。產物的化學結構經IR、MS、1H NMR等得到確證。

N- Benzyl kurarinol gambogate was synthesized and the technical process was optimized, through Gam- bogie acid conjugated with N - Benzyl kurarinol. The target compound was obtained. Its chemical structure was confirmed by MS, IR, and 1H- NMR spectra. The yield of N-Benzyl kurarinol gambogate was 61.8%.
