程序教学法有广义和狭义之分,在体育教学实践中,充分利用程序教学法,有利于教学质量的提高,通过程序教学法的应用,学生由被动学习向主动学习转变,学生在不同教学阶段知道自己应该做什么。研究结果表明,采用程序教学法的学生与对照组存在显著差异,说明通过程序教学法有助有教学质量的提高。

Procedure teaching method has the branch of broad sense and narrow sense, in the sports teaching practice, we should fully use of procedure teaching method, help to improve teaching quality, through the process of teaching, students from passive learning to active learning, students in different teaching stages to know what should be done. The results show that, there were significant differences between group using the procedure tea - ching method and the control group. It illustrated that the procedure teaching method helps to improve the quality of teaching.
