本研究对转基因牛以及非转基因牛精液经流式细胞仪分离冷冻后精子活力、分离准确率进行了比较,同时对分离的性控冷冻精液进行了人工输精,对受体牛的情期受胎率进行了统计分析。结果表明,转基因牛与非转基因牛精液在冷冻解冻后活力以及分离准确率方面差异不显著(P〉0.05);转基因牛与非转基因牛的性控冷冻精液的情期受胎率分别为57.4%、59.3%,二者之间差异不显著(P〉0.05)。

본연구대전기인우이급비전기인우정액경류식세포의분리냉동후정자활력、분리준학솔진행료비교,동시대분리적성공냉동정액진행료인공수정,대수체우적정기수태솔진행료통계분석。결과표명,전기인우여비전기인우정액재냉동해동후활력이급분리준학솔방면차이불현저(P〉0.05);전기인우여비전기인우적성공냉동정액적정기수태솔분별위57.4%、59.3%,이자지간차이불현저(P〉0.05)。
In this study, we analysed the difference of sperm motility and X/Y ratio of sorted sperm between transgenic and non-transgenic dairy cow sperm separation after freezing and thawing, and also analysed the recipient cow pregnancy rate after sorted semen artificial insemination. The results showed that the sperm motility and X/Y ratio of sorted sperm did not differ significantly between transgenic cattle and non-transgenic cattle; the pregnancy rate of non-transgenic cattle and transgenic cattle sexed semen were 59.3% (non-transgenic cattle) and 57.4% (transgenic cattle) respectively, there were no significant differences(P 〈0.05).
