This paper introduces main framework of photovoltaic power automobile charging station in intelligent power grid and its communication monitor framework.Cites the concept of connectivity in network theory,law of network flow and studies the application in photovoltaic storage and monitor system of electric automobile charge station.Finally,this paper obtains an optimum framework of monitor system by comparing its connectivity,stability and economic.
