LED芯片检测在LED生产过程中起到关键作用。为了达到生产过程完全自动化的目的,首先用形态学方法对LED图像进行预处理,然后基于最小外接矩形获取芯片倾斜角,基于霍夫变换获取边界信息,从而获取生产所需的控制信息。实验结果表明该方法适用于LED实际生产过程。

LED chip detection is very important in LED production. In order to realize full automation for the production, the LED image preprocess is done by morphological, the chip's tilt angle is obtained based on the minimum enclosing rectangle, and boundary infornation is obtained based on Hough transform. Thereby it gets the control information that the production need. Experimental results show that the method is suitable for the actual LED production process.
