This paper describes a new kind of leakage protection system based on power line communication, and introduces detailly how to design intelligent communication interface circuit and the realization of software and hardware facilities on single chip microcomputer controlling. This system does not need to lay special line and it is appropriate for data collection and data communication in real time system ,which reduces the cost and has higher practical value.
