针对新疆玛纳斯三期电厂点对网输电方式下昭阳地区孤网后存在的高频率问题,在详细分析对比现有高频率控制方法的控制效果后,根据实际电网情况,提出了一种新的控制方案,并制定了相应的控制策略,既解决了孤网后的高频率问题,又避免了不同系统间的同期和220kV母线失压等问题,为今后解决类似点对网输电方式下的高频率问题提供了很好的解决思路。
針對新疆瑪納斯三期電廠點對網輸電方式下昭暘地區孤網後存在的高頻率問題,在詳細分析對比現有高頻率控製方法的控製效果後,根據實際電網情況,提齣瞭一種新的控製方案,併製定瞭相應的控製策略,既解決瞭孤網後的高頻率問題,又避免瞭不同繫統間的同期和220kV母線失壓等問題,為今後解決類似點對網輸電方式下的高頻率問題提供瞭很好的解決思路。

Concerned with the high frequency problem existed in isolated Zhaoyang grid which is mainly caused by the point-to- grid transmission mode of No. 3 Manasi power plant, a new high frequency control scheme and the relevant control policy is proposed with detailed analysis and comparisons between the effects of other existing control methods. The proposed scheme can solve the high frequency problem of Zhaoyartg isolated grid, and also can avoid the problems such as synchronization between different systems as well as the voltage loss problem of 220 kV bus so that it also provides a new way for solving similar high frequency problem under point-to-grid transmission mode.
