大学生村官政策是党中央为了缓解就业压力、支持新农村建设、培养党政机关后备人才制定的重大战略决策。实施以来,成绩显著的同时问题丛生,特别是大学生村官再就业问题尤为突出。该问题的解决,直接关系到大学生村官群体的稳定,关系到这项重大战略决策的有效实行。该文通过问卷调查、访谈等方法,对桂林地区大学生村官进行实地调研,深入了解大学生村官再就业现状,分析再就业过程中存在的问题,结合相关理论提出对策和建议。

College students＇ village official policy is a major strategic decision made by the CPC in order to relieve employment pressure, support the new rural construction, develop back-up personnel of the party and government organs. Since the implementation of it, there are numerous problems in spite of remarkable achievements, especially the College-graduate village official＇s re-employment. The solving of the problems is directly related to the stability of the college students＇ village official group and in relation to the effectiveness of the important strategic decision＇s implementation. This article is based on the way of questionnaire, interview, etc, we did on-the-spot investigation to the College students＇ village officials of Guilin, got depth understanding of the situation of College-graduate village official＇s re-employment, analyses the problem exists during the reemployment, and proposed the countermeasure and the suggestion combined with the theory.
