Structuralism is the core concept of the project curriculum reform, with the thinking of course structure, the paper divides teacher knowledge into disciplines and work structure. Teacher knowledge of the subject struc- ture is not only difficult to adapt to the needs of the curriculum reform, but also hinders the teachers＇ professional development. Teachers should seize the opportunity of curriculum reform to transform the subject structure into the work structure.
