随着对学习本质和学习过程认识的日益深入,自主学习成为教育家和心理学家倡导的学习理念之一。提高学生的元认知知识,对学生进行元认知策略培训是提高学生英语自主学习能力的有效途径之一。本文试图对元认知及元认知策略培训的研究作简要回顾,以期对元认知及元认知策略培训有所启示。

With the deepening understanding of learning the nature and process of learning,independent study to become one of the learning concept advocated by educators and psychologists.Enhance students 'metacognitive knowledge,metacognitive strategy training for students is to improve the effective way to one of the independent learning ability of students' English.This paper attempts of metacognition and metacognitive strategy training for a brief review,in order to have implications for metacognition and metacognitive strategy training.
