选用8周龄的二元杂交育成猪15头(平均体重23.6kg),随机分为3组,每组5头,采用全收粪法比较了饲喂曲霉(Aspergilhas usami)发酵豆粕和普通豆粕对育成猪磷及其他营养成分的消化率。结果表明,发酵豆粕组育成猪磷消化率显著高于普通豆粕组,同时,粗蛋白质消化率也得到明显改善。试验结果提示,饲喂曲霉(Aspergillus usami)发酵的豆粕不仅可以提高育成猪磷和蛋白质的消化率,而且可以降低磷和氮的排泄量。

15 8-week-old growing-finishing pigs (average body weight of 23.6 kg) with duality cross were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 in each. Normal bean pulp and fermented with Aspergillus ttsami ones were given to the pigs, then all feces were collected to study the eft~ct of fermented bean pulp on the phosphorusmetabolism in growing-finishing pigs. The results showed that the pigs fed with fermented bean pulp were significantly improved on the digestibility of phosphorus and crude protein. It was concluded that bean pulp fermented with Aspergillus usamt could not only improve the digestibility of phosphorus and protein, but also decrease the emission of P and N.
