目的:研究自拟中药方剂对鸡传染性支气管炎的防治效果。方法:首先选取SPF鸡胚测定IBV—M41的ELD50,以确定攻毒剂量。然后将400只19日龄无IB抗体的健康雏鸡随机分为8组,每组50只,分别为预防高(2.0mL/次)、中(1.0mL/次)、低(0.5mL/次)组,治疗高(4.0mL/次)、中(2.0mL/次)、低(1.0mL/次)组,阳性对照组和阴性对照组,19日龄时预防组开始用药,连用5d。21日龄时除阴性对照组外其余各组均以100ELD∞剂量的IBV—M41人工感染雏鸡。待症状出现24h后,治疗组开始给药,连用5d,期间进行临床观察。考察该自拟中药的临床预防及治疗效果,并测定不同处理组不同日龄患病雏鸡免疫器官指数及血清IgG的质量浓度。结果:在用药过程中,自拟复方中药的预防和治疗不同剂量组免疫器官指数与阴性对照组相比差异显著,组间差异不显著;用药疗程结束后,各组间差异不显著。但该中药方剂对不同日龄不同处理组雏鸡血清IgG的质量浓度影响明显,且与阴性、阳性对照组相比差异极显著。结论:该中药方剂对雏鸡法氏囊及脾脏发育有促进作用,且诱生IgG,使其血清含量显著提高,对机体产生免疫保护,从而达到对鸡传染性支气管炎的防治效果。

목적:연구자의중약방제대계전염성지기관염적방치효과。방법:수선선취SPF계배측정IBV—M41적ELD50,이학정공독제량。연후장400지19일령무IB항체적건강추계수궤분위8조,매조50지,분별위예방고(2.0mL/차)、중(1.0mL/차)、저(0.5mL/차)조,치료고(4.0mL/차)、중(2.0mL/차)、저(1.0mL/차)조,양성대조조화음성대조조,19일령시예방조개시용약,련용5d。21일령시제음성대조조외기여각조균이100ELD∞제량적IBV—M41인공감염추계。대증상출현24h후,치료조개시급약,련용5d,기간진행림상관찰。고찰해자의중약적림상예방급치료효과,병측정불동처리조불동일령환병추계면역기관지수급혈청IgG적질량농도。결과:재용약과정중,자의복방중약적예방화치료불동제량조면역기관지수여음성대조조상비차이현저,조간차이불현저;용약료정결속후,각조간차이불현저。단해중약방제대불동일령불동처리조추계혈청IgG적질량농도영향명현,차여음성、양성대조조상비차이겁현저。결론:해중약방제대추계법씨낭급비장발육유촉진작용,차유생IgG,사기혈청함량현저제고,대궤체산생면역보호,종이체도대계전염성지기관염적방치효과。
Objective: The study was carried out to investigate the effect of self-made Chinese herbal medicine on immune organ index and IgG level in serum during prevention and treatment of fowl infectious bronchitis in chicken. Methods: Four hundred 19-day-old chickens with IB antibody free were divided into eight groups such as follows: 3 groups treated with high (2.0 mL/time), middle ( 1.0 mL/ time) and low (0.5 mL/time) dose of the herhal solution for prevent'.'ve trial, another 3 groups treated with high (4.0 mL/time), middle (2.0 mL/time) and low ( 1.0 mldtime) dose of the herbal solution for treatment trial, positive control group and negative control group, 50 in each group. The preventive groups were treated with herbal solution on day 19 for 5 days. All the groups were challenged by IBV- M41 on clay 21 except the negative control group. The treatment groups underwent herbal solution for 5 d after the clinic symptom coming. Recorded the clinic observed changes during the whole experiment. Immune organ index and the activities of IgG in serum in chicken from all groups were measured and analyzed at different time. Results: During the course of tl~atment, compared with negative and positive group, the treatment and preventive groups had extremely significant difference in immune index, while the difference was not significant between different dose groups. After the course of treatment, the immune index of all groups had no significant difference. Refer to the concentration of IgG in serum, the treatment and preventive groups had extremely significant compared with negative and positive group. Conclusion: The self-made Chinese herbal compound can impose a positive action on prevention and treatment of fbwl infectious bronchitis in chicken by inducing IgG persistently and improving the immune organs healthy development, so that it can adjust the immunity function to achieve the aim of antiviral action.
