小鼠感染日本血吸虫尾蚴后第6天起灌服阿魏倍半萜类300rag／（kg·次），每周1次，共4次。于每次给药后的第3、5天收集童虫，制成匀浆，作薄层凝胶电泳，胶中有关同工酶经底物显色，作酶活性定性观察。另设相应时间的不给药对照组。结果显示，该药对苹果酸脱氢酶、6一磷酸甘露糖酶I、酸性磷酸酶有明显抑制作用，对磷酸葡萄糖异构酶的活性影响不明显。该结果表明，阿魏倍半萜类对血吸虫童虫的能量代谢以及对红细胞的消化有抑制作用。

Mice compounds at 300 infected with sehistosome cercariae were orally administrated with ferulic sesquiterpene mg/kg on 6th post-infection once a week for 4 weeks. Schistosomula were collected and ground into homogenate on 3^nl and 5th after every time of administration. Thin layer starch gel electrophoresis was used to observe the activity of enzymes in the homogenate. Control group was also designed （dnlg free mice）. The results showed that the activities of malic dehydrogenase,6-phophate mannosease and acid phosphatase were obviously inhibited in the experimental group,but the activity of phosphoglucoisomerase was not inhibited. It indicated that the energymetabolism effect of intestinal wall of the worm on digesting red-ceils could be inhib compounds. of schistosomulum and the it by ferulic sesquiterpene
