研究黄芪多糖(APS)和淫羊藿多糖(EPS)对鸡新城疫疫苗免疫增强作用。将80羽1日龄蛋公鸡随机分4组,以血凝实验、血凝抑制实验、间接ELISA检测血清中的抗体水平,结果APS—EPS合剂组的免疫效果最显著。

The experiment was carried out to study the immunoenhancement of Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) and Epimedium polysaccharide (EPS) on the vaccination of Newcastle in chicken, so as to use Chinese traditional medicine as vaccine adjuvants. A total of 80 1-day-old chickens were randomly assigned equally into four treatments, each including four replicates of five birds. Four inoculated groups were injected with APS, EPS, APS-EPS and physiological saline.
