阐述了聚合物叶片注塑成型机中叶片塑化输运单元的工作原理并进行三维建模,应用流体动力学软件分析了该单元的塑化机理和拉伸流动特性。结果表明,该单元在锥形流道腔室内形成较大区域的拉伸流场,同时也有剪切流场和涡流的存在;该单元入口处呈现较大负压力,出口处呈现较大正压力,具有良好的正位移输运能力;叶片单元剪切流场区域所占流体区域的比例较小,与螺杆元件一样存在较强的剪切流场;叶片单元具有较强的拉伸作用,而螺杆元件在产生拉伸流场方面远低于叶片单元。因此,叶片塑化输运单元可以提高聚合物的塑化与分散混合性能,经过叶片注塑成型机加工的制品性能要优于螺杆元件加工的制品。

Working principle and three-dimensional model of the vane plasticizing transportation unit for polymer vane injection molding machine were illustrated. Using fluid dynamic software,plasticizing mechanism and tensile flow characteristics of the unit were analyzed. The results show that taper channel of the unit can form tensile flow field in more region,at the same time existing shearing flow field and vortex flow. Larger negative pressure exists in the unit entrance,and larger positive pressure exists in the unit exit,which means the unit is of better positive displacement transportation ability. The fluid region occupied by shearing flow field in the vane unit is of small proportion,and the vane unit has stronger shearing flow field like screw element. The vane unit has stronger tensile action,while the screw element is far lower than the vane unit in aspect of producing tensile flow field. Therefore,the vane plasticizing transportation unit can improve polymer plasticizing and dispersive mixing properties,and the product processed by the vane injection molding machine is better than the product processed by screw element.
