本文对传统的解调电路进行了改进,设计了一种能解调高动态范围RF输入信号的电路。该电路结构简单,易于集成,并具有低功耗、高动态范围、高稳定性的特点。电路采用SMIC 0.18μm CMOS工艺进行设计,在spectre环境下的仿真结果表明该电路符合ISO/IEC 18000—6C标准能解调的的ASK信号动态范围为250mV-5V,静态功耗〈1μW。
本文對傳統的解調電路進行瞭改進,設計瞭一種能解調高動態範圍RF輸入信號的電路。該電路結構簡單,易于集成,併具有低功耗、高動態範圍、高穩定性的特點。電路採用SMIC 0.18μm CMOS工藝進行設計,在spectre環境下的倣真結果錶明該電路符閤ISO/IEC 18000—6C標準能解調的的ASK信號動態範圍為250mV-5V,靜態功耗〈1μW。

This paper improves the traditional demodulation circuit and designs a circuit with the capacity of demodulating high dynamic range RF input signal. The structure of this circuit is simple and easy to be integrated. Meanwhile the demodulator has the characteristics of low power consumption , high dynamic range and high stability. The circuit is designed with SMIC 0.18 μ m CMOS technology. The simulation results in spectre environment show that this circuit is in line with ISO/IEC 18000-6C standard , can demodulate the ASK signal with the dynamic range of 250mv -5V and static power is 〈1 μ W.
