采用1%冰醋酸水溶液、1%冰醋酸溶液、20%丙酮乙腈溶液分别进行梯度洗脱,测定苏丹红Ⅰ和苏丹红Ⅱ的含量。结果表明,苏丹红Ⅰ测定的线性范围为0~1.6μg/mL,线性相关系数为0.998 9,苏丹红Ⅱ测定的线性范围为0~1.6μg/mL,线性相关系数为0.994 7。苏丹红Ⅰ的加标回收率为89.38%,苏丹红Ⅱ的加标回收率为90.27%。该方法灵敏度高,结果准确且稳定。

1% glacial acetic acid aqueous,1% glacial acetic acid and 20% acetone acetonitrile solution were used as mobile phase for the gradient elution to determinate the content of Sudan Red Ⅰ and Sudan Red Ⅱ by HPLC.The results showed that the linear range of Sudan Red Ⅰ was 0~1.6 μg/mL,and the linearly dependent coefficient of Sudan Red Ⅰwas 0.998 9.The linear range of Sudan Red Ⅱ was 0~1.6 μg/mL,and the linearly dependent coefficient of Sudan Red Ⅱ was 0.994 7.The recovery rate of Sudan Red Ⅰ was 89.38%,and the recovery rate of Sudan Red Ⅱwas 90.27%.The method was high sensitivity and the results was accurate and stable.
