显齿蛇葡萄的幼嫩茎叶经加工后即为一种价值很高的食药同源饮品——藤茶。近年来,由于显齿蛇葡萄的特殊价值而倍受重视并得到大力开发,发展为规模化的基地栽培生产。在栽培过程中,发现部分基地病害严重。采用组织分离法,结合异地栽培试验,对该病害进行了研究。结果表明：发生在栽培基地的显齿蛇葡萄病害为生理性病害,主要原因为土壤积水引起的根部腐烂最后导致地上害部分表现出发病症状,严重时全株死亡,并结合显齿蛇葡萄栽培基地现状提出了相应的防治对策。

After being processed,the young stems and leaves of Ampelopsis grossedentata will become a high value,edible and medicinal drink：the vine tea,which is prized for the special value.The Ampelopsis grossedentata was widely exploited and then cultivated in large scale bases.During the cultivation,part of the bases suffered from serious occurrence of diseases.In this paper,the diseases in the way of tissue isolation and the cultivation test at different regions were studied.The result showed that the Ampelopsis grossedentata disease occurred in the cultivation base was a kind of physiological disease.The main reason was that the root rot which was caused by the gathered water in soil finally leaded to the above-ground part showing disease symptoms and leaded the death of the whole vine in severe cases.Combined with the Ampelopsis grossedentata cultivation bases′ status quo,the disease countermeasures were put forward.
