在室内培养条件下,采用生长速率法测定了3种杀菌剂及其复配剂对烟草黑胫病的抑菌效果。结果表明:药剂浓度与抑制作用呈显著的正相关关系,毒力回归方程的相关系数均在0.940 0以上;不同杀菌剂对烟草黑胫病菌的菌丝生长均表现出抑制作用,敌克松、银法利、烯酰吗啉的EC50分别为162.67、113.19、67.84 mg/L;银发利与烯酰吗啉1∶1比例复配增效作用明显,按1∶3比例复配略有增效,按3∶1比例为相加作用。
在室內培養條件下,採用生長速率法測定瞭3種殺菌劑及其複配劑對煙草黑脛病的抑菌效果。結果錶明:藥劑濃度與抑製作用呈顯著的正相關關繫,毒力迴歸方程的相關繫數均在0.940 0以上;不同殺菌劑對煙草黑脛病菌的菌絲生長均錶現齣抑製作用,敵剋鬆、銀法利、烯酰嗎啉的EC50分彆為162.67、113.19、67.84 mg/L;銀髮利與烯酰嗎啉1∶1比例複配增效作用明顯,按1∶3比例複配略有增效,按3∶1比例為相加作用。
재실내배양조건하,채용생장속솔법측정료3충살균제급기복배제대연초흑경병적억균효과。결과표명:약제농도여억제작용정현저적정상관관계,독력회귀방정적상관계수균재0.940 0이상;불동살균제대연초흑경병균적균사생장균표현출억제작용,활극송、은법리、희선마람적EC50분별위162.67、113.19、67.84 mg/L;은발리여희선마람1∶1비례복배증효작용명현,안1∶3비례복배략유증효,안3∶1비례위상가작용。
Under the laboratory incubation conditions,using the growth rate method,the inhibitory effect of three fungicides and their compound on Phytophthora nicotianae was determined.The results showed that the pharmaceutical concentration and inhibition presnted a significant positive correlation.All the concentration coefficients of the virulence of the regression equation were above 0.940 0;Different fungicides all showed inhibition of mycelial growth of Phytophthora nicotianae.The EC50 of fenaminosulf,Silver-haired Lee and enoyl morpholin were 162.67 mg/L,113.19 mg/L and 67.84 mg/L respectively;The Silver-haired Lee and enoyl morpholine ratio of 1∶1 compound synergic effect was obvious,and the ratio of 1∶3 compound had slight efficiency and ratio of 3∶1 had an additive effect.
