First,this paper analyzes enterprise＇s entrepreneurial investment risk. Then according to the characteristics and advantages of the ant colony algorithm,it proposes that the ant colony algorithm is one of effective methods of measuring enterprise＇s entrepreneurial investment risk, and gives the corresponding computing procedure. Finally,it gets a group of relatively ideal parameters through the trial and error correction.
