By taking ＂New Apprenticeship Program＂ managed by the alliance of Chongqing Industry Polytechnic College with InterContinental Hotels as an analysis case, this paper studies the innovative characteristics and achievement of ＂3＋2＂ talents cultivation model under the mode of the combination of learning with practice for hotel management major of higher vocational colleges. The innovation of work-integrated learning enhances quality of college education and tea- ching, and also improves the school level and personal training quality. The innovation of work integrated learning has made significant reform achievements in current college education system, and ultimately accomplishes common desirability of school, students and enterprises.
