高等教育已经进入“大众化教育”时代，大学生就业压力越来越大，如何将学生培养成多层次、复合型人才，已是当今高校必须面对的重要课题。高校必须进行教学模式改革以使学生更好地适应社会需要，促进学生的就业。针对计算机网络技术的发展、就业岗位的需要，阐述了一套针对计算机网络类课程的教学模式改革方案。

Higher education has entered the era of ＂popular education＂, students＇ growing employment pressure, how to train students to meet the needs of multi-layered, complex talent, is the important issue today＇s colleges and universities must face. The tmiversity must be the reform of teaching mode to enable students to better meet the needs of the community to promote the employment of students. For the development of computer network technology, the needs of the jobs on a set of courses for computer networking class teaching model reform program.
