目的：为提高我校护生参加全国护士执业资格考试的通过率。方法：以我校2008—2011年参加当年的国家护士执业资格考试的高职护理专业应届毕业生为研究对象，通过考前辅导等系列措施。证实我校考前辅导方案的可行l生。结果：全面系统的考前辅导有效地提高了我校高职护生执业考试的通过率。结论：建立健全的护士执业考试考前辅导管理方案、加强考前辅导。实现实习复习同步、考前集中培训、多次仿真模拟考试、针对性传授答题技巧和心理疏导能有效提高护生学习成效，是帮助高职护生顺利通过护士执业考试，培养符合行业准入要求的合格护士的良好途径。

목적：위제고아교호생삼가전국호사집업자격고시적통과솔。방법：이아교2008—2011년삼가당년적국가호사집업자격고시적고직호리전업응계필업생위연구대상，통과고전보도등계렬조시。증실아교고전보도방안적가행l생。결과：전면계통적고전보도유효지제고료아교고직호생집업고시적통과솔。결론：건립건전적호사집업고시고전보도관리방안、가강고전보도。실현실습복습동보、고전집중배훈、다차방진모의고시、침대성전수답제기교화심리소도능유효제고호생학습성효，시방조고직호생순리통과호사집업고시，배양부합행업준입요구적합격호사적량호도경。
Objective To improve our school nursing students participated in the nurse practicing qualification examination pass rate. Method In my school from 2008 to 2011 in the national nurse practicing qualification examination of higher vocational graduates of nursing as a research object, through a series of measures to test counseling, confirmed my school exam remedial scheme feasibility. Result Comprehensive test counseling improves our higher vocational nursing students＇ practice examination pass rate. Conclusion Establish and improve the nurse practitioner exam test counseling management plan, strengthen test counseling, implementation practice review of synchronization, the centralized training, multiple simulation examination, targeted to impart the answer skills and psychological counseling can improve the nursing students＇ learning effeet, is to help vocational nursing students smoothly through the nurse practitioner examinations, training with the industry access requirements of qualified nurses a good way.
