面对当前我国保障性住房发展现状,从有限的保障住房资源配置最优化的角度出发,集中分析了我国保障性住房退出制度的不足。借鉴了国外住房保障体系退出制度,提出了相应的建议和对策,以期完善保障性住房的退出制度,使我国住房保障体系实现良性循环。
麵對噹前我國保障性住房髮展現狀,從有限的保障住房資源配置最優化的角度齣髮,集中分析瞭我國保障性住房退齣製度的不足。藉鑒瞭國外住房保障體繫退齣製度,提齣瞭相應的建議和對策,以期完善保障性住房的退齣製度,使我國住房保障體繫實現良性循環。

Facing the current situation of our country＇s affordable housing development,starting from optimizing the configuration of our limited affordable housing resources,to focus on analyzing the shortage of our country＇s affordable housing exit system,learn from the foreign affordable housing exit system and put forward some suggestions and countermeasures,so as to improve the affordable housing exit system,and to make our country＇s affordable housing system step on an positive cycle.
