The paper introduces the procedure for the cement injection pile, analyzes its construction difficulties, simplifies the equipment of the cement injection pile, undertakes the mechanical analysis of the simulation experiments for the indoor simulation construction procedure and the 28 d in-situ maintenance, and concludes the influence of the addition of the high calcium ash and the features of the soft soil on the cement injec- tion pile is bigger.
