目的：探讨针刺结合神经损伤治疗仪治疗腰间盘突出术后马尾神经损伤所致尿潴留的临床疗效。方法：所有患者针刺选穴关元、中极、阴陵泉、三阴交配合神经损伤治疗仪（康达） KT-90 A型，矩形波单脉冲治疗20分钟，每天1次，6周之后进行临床效果评定。结果：治疗后患者残余尿量、最大尿流率较治疗前有明显改善P＜0．01，自主排尿率为83．3％。结论：中医针刺结合神经损伤治疗仪治疗腰间盘突出术后马尾神经损伤所致尿潴留取得较好的临床疗效。
목적：탐토침자결합신경손상치료의치료요간반돌출술후마미신경손상소치뇨저류적림상료효。방법：소유환자침자선혈관원、중겁、음릉천、삼음교배합신경손상치료의（강체） KT-90 A형，구형파단맥충치료20분종，매천1차，6주지후진행림상효과평정。결과：치료후환자잔여뇨량、최대뇨류솔교치료전유명현개선P＜0．01，자주배뇨솔위83．3％。결론：중의침자결합신경손상치료의치료요간반돌출술후마미신경손상소치뇨저류취득교호적림상료효。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture with cauda equina injury caused by urinary retention combined with nerve injury therapy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation after operation .Methods:All patients selecting acupoints Guanyuan , Zhongji, yinlingquan, Sanyinjiao with nerve injury treatment instrument (Kang Da)KT-90A, square wave pulse therapy for 20 minutes, once a day R.esults:The residual urine volume , maximum urine flow rate improved significantly compared with before treatment P <0.01, Autonomous Urination rate was 83 .3%.Concl usion:The traditional Chinese medicine and clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture might have a better clinical effect .
