目的观察中药汤剂黄柏地榆汤外敷治疗输液外渗的临床疗效。方法将2013年9月~12月发生输液外渗的40例患者分成治疗组和对照组，每组各20例，治疗组给予中药煎汤外敷，对照组给予25%硫酸镁外敷。结果治疗组20例患者中15例显效，4例有效，无效1例，总有效率95%；对照组20例患者中7例显效，10有效，无效3例，总有效率85%，经统计学处理，约0.05。两组治疗后水肿消退时间比较治疗组（7.19依4.53）h，对照组（8.92依5.88）h，约0.05。结论中药煎汤外敷能有效的治疗输液外渗。中药制剂对患者安全，湿敷时患者无明显不适，易于接受，此次研究表明中药煎汤外敷对输液外渗的疗效确切，并缩短消肿时间，值得临床推广应用。
목적관찰중약탕제황백지유탕외부치료수액외삼적림상료효。방법장2013년9월~12월발생수액외삼적40례환자분성치료조화대조조，매조각20례，치료조급여중약전탕외부，대조조급여25%류산미외부。결과치료조20례환자중15례현효，4례유효，무효1례，총유효솔95%；대조조20례환자중7례현효，10유효，무효3례，총유효솔85%，경통계학처리，약0.05。량조치료후수종소퇴시간비교치료조（7.19의4.53）h，대조조（8.92의5.88）h，약0.05。결론중약전탕외부능유효적치료수액외삼。중약제제대환자안전，습부시환자무명현불괄，역우접수，차차연구표명중약전탕외부대수액외삼적료효학절，병축단소종시간，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical curative ef ect of decoction of Chinese medicine decoction for treating huangbaidiyu infusion extravasation. Methods 40 cases in the treatment group in 2013 September ~2013 December infusion extravasation patients were divided into two groups and the control group, 20 cases in each group, the treatment group was given Chinese medicine decoction in treatment, the control group was given 25% Magnesium sulfate ointment. Traditional Chinese medicine preparation for patient safety, wet compress in patients without obvious discomfort, easy to accept, the study shows that the ef ect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction"on infusion extravasation is exact, and shorten the time of detumescence, worthy of clinical application.
