目的 研究CCN2在结直肠癌中的表达及其与临床、病理指标的关系.方法 用免疫组化方法检测结直肠癌60例,结直肠癌肝转移、结直肠腺瘤、癌旁组织及正常结直肠粘膜组织各30例样本中CCN2的表达.结果 (1)在结直肠癌和结直肠癌肝转移组织中CCN2蛋白均表现为高表达,分别为75.00%和70.00%;而在结直肠腺瘤、癌旁组织、正常结直肠粘膜组织表达低,分别为23.33%、6.67%、0.00%;差异有极显著性(P<0.01);(2)结直肠癌组织中CCN2表达与肿瘤的TNM分期、淋巴结转移及5年生存率作比较差异有显著性(P<0.05).结论 CCN2基因可能作为结直肠癌的一个癌基因并参与结直肠癌的发生、发展,可考虑作为诊断结直肠癌或判断结直肠癌预后的指标.

목적 연구CCN2재결직장암중적표체급기여림상、병리지표적관계.방법 용면역조화방법검측결직장암60례,결직장암간전이、결직장선류、암방조직급정상결직장점막조직각30례양본중CCN2적표체.결과 (1)재결직장암화결직장암간전이조직중CCN2단백균표현위고표체,분별위75.00%화70.00%;이재결직장선류、암방조직、정상결직장점막조직표체저,분별위23.33%、6.67%、0.00%;차이유겁현저성(P<0.01);(2)결직장암조직중CCN2표체여종류적TNM분기、림파결전이급5년생존솔작비교차이유현저성(P<0.05).결론 CCN2기인가능작위결직장암적일개암기인병삼여결직장암적발생、발전,가고필작위진단결직장암혹판단결직장암예후적지표.
Objective To research the CCN2 expression in colorectal carcinoma and its correlation with clinical pathological parameters. Methods Expression of CCN2 protein in several kinds of colorectal tissue was examined with immunohistochemistry. Results (1)CCN2 protein had high-expression in colorectal carcinoma and distant metastatic tissues in liver, the expressions were 75.00% and 70.00% respectively. And adenoma of colorectum,adjacent non-cancerous tissue, and mucosa tissue of normal rectum were low-expression of CCN2 protein; the expressions were 23.33%, 6.67%, and 0.00% respectively. The discrepancy had statistical significance (P< 0.001).(2)CCN2 protein expression had significant correlation with neoplasm phases, five-year survival rate, and lymph node metastasis (P < 0.05). Conclusion CCN2 may be identified as an oncogene and play an important role on the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma. CCN2 may act as an effective indicator for diagnosing colorectal carcinoma and as a factor for assessing its prognosis.
