目的：探讨颈后路钉棒系统联合前路Cage固定术进行多节段颈椎间盘突出症手术治疗应用价值。方法应用后路钉棒系统联合前路Cage固定术进行多节段颈椎间盘突出症手术治疗16例，观察有否Cage松动、脱出或椎体塌陷，钛棒系统或螺钉断裂、松动、脱落。并进行神经功能评定。结果16例获得随访，平均随访时间9个月。16例术后钉棒系统及Cage固定良好，本组均在术后3～5个月内获得牢固骨融合，无骨不连发生。神经功能评定优13例，良2例，可1例。结论应用后路钉棒系统联合前路Cage固定术进行多节段颈椎间盘突出症手术治疗综合了颈椎前后路手术的优点，避免单纯前路或后路手术的缺陷，术后即获得稳定不必采取的长期卧床牵引或坚强的外固定，植骨愈合率高，患者可早期离床活动。
목적：탐토경후로정봉계통연합전로Cage고정술진행다절단경추간반돌출증수술치료응용개치。방법응용후로정봉계통연합전로Cage고정술진행다절단경추간반돌출증수술치료16례，관찰유부Cage송동、탈출혹추체탑함，태봉계통혹라정단렬、송동、탈락。병진행신경공능평정。결과16례획득수방，평균수방시간9개월。16례술후정봉계통급Cage고정량호，본조균재술후3～5개월내획득뢰고골융합，무골불련발생。신경공능평정우13례，량2례，가1례。결론응용후로정봉계통연합전로Cage고정술진행다절단경추간반돌출증수술치료종합료경추전후로수술적우점，피면단순전로혹후로수술적결함，술후즉획득은정불필채취적장기와상견인혹견강적외고정，식골유합솔고，환자가조기리상활동。
Objective To investigate the posterior screw rod system fixation combined with anterior Cage multi segmental cervical disc herniation operation treatment application value.Methods The posterior screw rod systemfixation combined with anterior Cage multi segmental cervical disc herniation operation treatment in 16 cases, observe whether the Cage loosening, dislocation or vertebral collapse, titanium bar system or screw breakage, loosening, shed. And nerve function evaluation.Results 16 cases were followed up, the mean follow-up time of 9 months. 16 cases of postoperative screw rod system and Cagefixed good, this was after 3 - 5 months got bony fusion, no nonunion occurred. The nerve function was excellent in 13 cases, good in 2 cases, 1 cases.Conclusion The application of posterior screw rodsystemfixation combined with anterior Cage multi segmental cervical intervertebral disc herniation in operation treatment combines the advantages of the anterior and posterior operation, to avoid the defects of simple anterior or posterior operation, postoperative to obtain long-term bed stability do not take traction or strong externalfixation, bone healing rate high, the patient can early from bed.
