目的:评价免疫相关鸟苷三磷酸酶基因(IRGM)多态性与克罗恩病(CD)易感性的关系。方法用主题词或关键词检索Cochrane图书馆、Pubmed、Embase、ISI数据库、中文科技期刊数据库、中国期刊全文数据库,万方数据库以获得相关研究,检索时间从建库至2012年10月。根据纳入和排除标准由两名研究者独立进行文献质量评价,使用Review Manager 5.2.6统计软件进行Meta分析,效应量为比值比(OR)。结果共有9个病例-对照研究和队列研究纳入分析。Meta分析结果显示在IRGM-4958847 A/G多态性位点,杂合子AG与野生型相比,合并效应量OR=1.17,95%CI(1.01~1.35), P=0.03。结论 IRGM-4958847位点AG型基因可能与CD遗传易感性相关。

Objective To investigate the association between immunity-related GTPase family M(IRGM)gene polymorphisms and genetic susceptibility to Crohn's disease(CD).Methods MeSH and keyword searches of the Cochrane Database, Pubmed, Embase, Science Citation Index, the Database of Chinese Science Journals,Full-text Database of Chinese Journals,and Wanfang Database from the inception of each database to October 2012 were performed to identify all available studies. Two independent reviewers assessed studies for inclusion and exclusion based on methodological quality criteria, and then conducted Meta-analysis of(Odds ratio,OR)using Review Manager 5.2.6 software.Results A total of nine case-control or cohort studies were included. Meta-analyses showed for the IRGM-4958847 A/G gene polymorphism, the AG genotype was associated with the risk of CD(OR=1.17,95%CI(1.01-1.35),P=0.03).Conclusion The meta-analysis suggests that the IRGM-4958847 AG genotype might be a risk factor for CD.
