实验建立了气相色谱法测定饲料中丙酸及丙酸盐的分析方法。样品经盐酸酸化后,丙酸盐转化为丙酸,乙醚提取,毛细管柱(HP-FFAP,30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)分离,进行FID检测器检测。结果表明,方法的线性范围为5.0~500 mg/L(R=0.9993),检出限为0.77 mg/kg,丙酸的回收率为87.2%~93.4%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~3.2%。
實驗建立瞭氣相色譜法測定飼料中丙痠及丙痠鹽的分析方法。樣品經鹽痠痠化後,丙痠鹽轉化為丙痠,乙醚提取,毛細管柱(HP-FFAP,30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)分離,進行FID檢測器檢測。結果錶明,方法的線性範圍為5.0~500 mg/L(R=0.9993),檢齣限為0.77 mg/kg,丙痠的迴收率為87.2%~93.4%,相對標準偏差為1.7%~3.2%。

A method based on capillary gas chromatography was developed to detect propanoic acid and propionate content in feed.Samples were acidified by hydrochloric acid,propionate was turned into propanoic acid.Then samples were extracted with the diethyl ether,separated on a capillary column (HP-FFAP,30 m×0.32 mm×0.25μm)and deteted with a FID.The linear range of the determination was 5.0 ~500 mg/L and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9993.The detec-tion limit of this method was 0.77 mg/kg.The recoveries ranged from 87.2%to 93.4%with RSD of 1.7%~3.2%.
