本试验以麦饭石载体枯草芽孢杆菌(载菌麦饭石)作为刺参幼苗饲料添加剂,考查其对刺参增重率、抗病力的影响。试验分为4组,分别为对照组、枯草芽孢杆菌组、麦饭石组和载菌麦饭石组。经过60 d养殖,试验结果表明,饲料中添加载菌麦饭石对刺参的促生长效果最好,与对照组相比增重率提高22.80%,并能显著提高刺参对灿烂弧菌(Vibrio splendidus)和假交替单胞菌(Pseudoalteromonas nigrifaciens)的抗病力(P <0.05)。无充气情况下对比3种添加剂对刺参养殖废水中氨氮和亚硝酸盐去除效果证实,枯草芽孢杆菌对养殖废水中氨氮和亚硝酸盐的去除无效果,麦饭石可短期快速去除水体氨氮和亚硝酸盐,而中长期(7 d),载菌麦饭石去除效果最好。

본시험이맥반석재체고초아포간균(재균맥반석)작위자삼유묘사료첨가제,고사기대자삼증중솔、항병력적영향。시험분위4조,분별위대조조、고초아포간균조、맥반석조화재균맥반석조。경과60 d양식,시험결과표명,사료중첨가재균맥반석대자삼적촉생장효과최호,여대조조상비증중솔제고22.80%,병능현저제고자삼대찬란호균(Vibrio splendidus)화가교체단포균(Pseudoalteromonas nigrifaciens)적항병력(P <0.05)。무충기정황하대비3충첨가제대자삼양식폐수중안담화아초산염거제효과증실,고초아포간균대양식폐수중안담화아초산염적거제무효과,맥반석가단기쾌속거제수체안담화아초산염,이중장기(7 d),재균맥반석거제효과최호。
In this study,Bacillus subtilis-loaded maifan stone was used for larval sea cucumber (Apostichopus japonicus)dietary additive,to investigate its effects on weight gain rate and diseases resistance of sea cucumber.The experiment was divided into 4 groups:control group,Bacillus subtilis groups,maifan stone group,B.subtilis-loaded maifan stone group.After 60-day feeding trial,the results showed that:sea cucumber fed with B.subtilis-loaded maifan stone exhibited the highest weight gain rate,which increased by 22.80% compared with the group of control.Furthermore,a significant improvement of diseases resistances against Vibrio splendidus and Pseudoalteromonas nigrifaciens was also found in sea cucumber fed with B.subtilis-loaded maifan stone (P < 0.05).The removal effects on ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in sea cucumber aquaculture waste water of the three additives were also investigated under the condition of non-gas loading.The results showed that B.subtilis had no removal effect on ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in waste water,while maifan stone could remove ammonia nitrogen and nitrite in a short time(within 1 day).With respect to the long-term effect (within 7 days),B.subtilis-loaded maifan stone showed the optimal values.
