目的：了解我院抗菌药物应用及细菌耐药情况，为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法，对2012年住院药房抗菌药物消耗数据、用药频度(DDDs)及临床主要病原菌耐药情况进行统计分析。结果2012年头孢菌素类使用最为频繁，其中五水头孢唑林DDDs排第1；临床主要分离菌以革兰阴性菌为主，检出率最高的是铜绿假单胞菌，占32.8%；鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南耐药率达54.5%；大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对三代头孢菌素不同程度耐药；粪肠球菌仅对万古霉素、呋喃妥因、利奈唑胺高度敏感，对大多药物100%耐药。结论抗菌药物的使用与细菌耐药存在一定关系，应进一步加强抗菌药物使用管理，加强抗菌药物合理使用的宣传培训，提高合理使用抗菌药物水平。
목적：료해아원항균약물응용급세균내약정황，위림상합리사용항균약물제공과학의거。방법채용회고성분석방법，대2012년주원약방항균약물소모수거、용약빈도(DDDs)급림상주요병원균내약정황진행통계분석。결과2012년두포균소류사용최위빈번，기중오수두포서림DDDs배제1；림상주요분리균이혁란음성균위주，검출솔최고적시동록가단포균，점32.8%；포만불동간균대아알배남내약솔체54.5%；대장애희균화폐염극뢰백균대삼대두포균소불동정도내약；분장구균부대만고매소、부남타인、리내서알고도민감，대대다약물100%내약。결론항균약물적사용여세균내약존재일정관계，응진일보가강항균약물사용관리，가강항균약물합리사용적선전배훈，제고합리사용항균약물수평。
Objective To research the antibacterial drug applications and the bacterial resistance of our hospital in 2012,for provi-ding scientific basis for rational use of antimicrobial drugs.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed,including the antimi-crobial consumption data,DDDs and the main clinical pathogens resistant in inpatient pharmacy in 2012.Results The most fre-quently used drug was cephalosporins,and the 1 st DDDs was pentahydrate cefazolin;the highest detection rate of Gram-negative bacteria was P.aeruginosa,which was 32.8%;The resistance rate of acinetobacter baumannii to imipenem was 54.5%;E.coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae showed varying degrees of resistance to the third-generation cephalosporins;Enterococcus faecalis showed resistance to most of the drugs except vancomycin,furan and rina thiazole amines.Conclusion There is a certain relation-ship between the antimicrobial use and bacterial resistance.We should strengthen the management,propaganda and training of the rational use of antimicrobial drugs to improve the rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
