目的：了解医院呼吸科老年患者不合理用药的情况，促进合理用药。方法采用病例回顾性调查分析的方法，抽查2011年6月~2012年5月呼吸科老年患者出院病例，筛选出不合理用药的病例进行统计分析。结果不合理用药的表现形式以药品选用不适当(42.1%)最多见，其次是给药途径或用法、用量不适当(24.6%)，合并用药不当(21.1%)，引发药源性疾病(12.3%)。结论呼吸科老年患者处于特殊病理、生理时期，常多病并存，应严格掌握用药指征和用药禁忌证，选择最佳给药途径和剂量，加强医、药、护、患的沟通，提高用药依从性。

목적：료해의원호흡과노년환자불합리용약적정황，촉진합리용약。방법채용병례회고성조사분석적방법，추사2011년6월~2012년5월호흡과노년환자출원병례，사선출불합리용약적병례진행통계분석。결과불합리용약적표현형식이약품선용불괄당(42.1%)최다견，기차시급약도경혹용법、용량불괄당(24.6%)，합병용약불당(21.1%)，인발약원성질병(12.3%)。결론호흡과노년환자처우특수병리、생리시기，상다병병존，응엄격장악용약지정화용약금기증，선택최가급약도경화제량，가강의、약、호、환적구통，제고용약의종성。
Obj ective To understand the irrational drug use of elderly patients in the department of respiration,and to promote the rational drugs use in our hospital.Methods We conducted a retrospective analysis on cases from the department of respiration, which were selected from June in 2011 to May in 2012 and performed a statistical analysis on the irrational drug use.Results The most common manifestations of irrational drug use were improper selection (42.1% ),followed by the route of administration or usage,inadequate dosage (24.6% ),combined use of drugs (21.1%)and causing drug-induced diseases (12.3%).Conclusio-n Elderly patients in the department of respiration are in a special physiological period.Indications and medication contraindications should be strictly controlled.Choosing the suitable route of administration and dose,strengthening the communications with doc-tors,pharmacists,nurses and patients are effective ways to increase drug compliance.
