目的：建立紫外-可见分光光度法测定盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊溶出度的方法。方法按照《中国药典》2010年版二部附录溶出度测定法中第一法,以蒸馏水900 mL为溶剂,转速100 r·min-1,30 min采样,依法在525 nm波长处测定吸光度。结果盐酸氨基葡萄糖质量浓度在6.32~31.60μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.6%,RSD为1.8%(n=9)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊的质量控制。

목적：건립자외-가견분광광도법측정염산안기포도당효낭용출도적방법。방법안조《중국약전》2010년판이부부록용출도측정법중제일법,이증류수900 mL위용제,전속100 r·min-1,30 min채양,의법재525 nm파장처측정흡광도。결과염산안기포도당질량농도재6.32~31.60μg·mL-1범위내선성관계량호(r=0.9999),평균회수솔위100.6%,RSD위1.8%(n=9)。결론해방법간편、쾌속、준학,가용우염산안기포도당효낭적질량공제。
Objective To establish an ultraviolet spectrometric method(UV)for the determination of dissolution of Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules.Methods ApparatusⅠdissolution test method of ChP 2010 edition Vol.Ⅱwas used.The dissolution me-dium was distilled water 900 mL,and the rotation speed was 100 r·min-1 .After 30 min the dissolution solution was taken and an-alyzed by UV at the wavelength of 525 nm.Results The linear relationship was in the range of 6.32-31.60 μg · mL-1 (r=0.999 9,n=9),and the average recovery was 100.6%(RSD=1.8%).Conclusion The method was convenient,rapid and ac-curate.It can be used for the quality control.
