目的:研究瘤果黑种草子挥发油平喘作用及其机制。方法采用整体动物喷雾致喘实验观察瘤果黑种草子挥发油的平喘作用;通过豚鼠肺支气管灌流法及离体回肠实验考察对气道平滑肌的舒张作用。结果低、高剂量(0.1和0.4 mL·kg-1)瘤果黑种草子挥发油可明显延长小鼠哮喘反应的潜伏期,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);低、中、高剂量(3,6和12μL·mL-1)挥发油明显增加豚鼠肺灌流量,降低豚鼠回肠平滑肌收缩张力,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论瘤果黑种草子挥发油具有一定的平喘作用,其作用机制可能与激动β2受体、拮抗 M受体有关。

목적:연구류과흑충초자휘발유평천작용급기궤제。방법채용정체동물분무치천실험관찰류과흑충초자휘발유적평천작용;통과돈서폐지기관관류법급리체회장실험고찰대기도평활기적서장작용。결과저、고제량(0.1화0.4 mL·kg-1)류과흑충초자휘발유가명현연장소서효천반응적잠복기,여대조조비교,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.01);저、중、고제량(3,6화12μL·mL-1)휘발유명현증가돈서폐관류량,강저돈서회장평활기수축장력,여대조조비교,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론류과흑충초자휘발유구유일정적평천작용,기작용궤제가능여격동β2수체、길항 M수체유관。
Objective To investigate the antiasthmatic effect of volatile oil from Nigella glandulifera(VONG)and the relative mechanism.Methods The whole animal-spray induced asthma experiment was employed to evaluate the antiasthmatic effect;the guinea pig isolated lung perfusion and isolated smooth muscle experiments were employed to evaluate the effect of relaxation of ai-way smooth muscle.Results The low dose and high dose (0.1,0.4 mL·kg-1 )VONG could significantly prolong the mice asth-matic response latency (P<0.01);the low,middle and high dose (3,6 and 12μL·mL-1 )VONG could increase the perfusion flow of the isolated guinea pig bronchus pulmonary induced by histamine (P<0.01),reduce the tension of guinea pig ileum smooth muscle contraction induced by acetylcholine chloride (P<0.01)significantly.Conclusion VONG have some effects of an-ti-inflammatory and expectorant,and the mechanism might be related to the activation of theβ2 receptor,and the antagonism of M receptors.
