Shenkang Inj ections%hypertension nephropathy%kidney function%inflammation factors
目的:探讨肾康注射液对高血压肾病大鼠肾脏的影响。方法将32只高血压肾病模型大鼠随机分为4组:模型对照组、阳性对照组、肾康注射液大剂量组、肾康注射液小剂量组;WKY 大鼠作为阴性对照组。阳性对照组腹腔注射给予福辛普利钠1.6 mg·kg-1,肾康注射液大、小剂量组腹腔分别注射给予肾康注射液,相当于生药剂量为4,2 g·kg-1,阴性对照组和模型组腹腔分别注射等体积生理盐水,1d1次,连续给药30d。观察肾康注射液对高血压肾病大鼠的尿24h蛋白、尿β2-微球蛋白、肾脏炎症因子以及肾功能、肾脏病变等的影响。结果与模型组比较,肾康注射液能降低大鼠24 h 尿蛋白的含量及质量浓度,降低肾脏炎症因子白介素-1β(IL-1β),降低尿素氮、血肌酐、尿酸浓度,改善大鼠肾功能,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾康注射液能改善高血压大鼠肾功能。
目的:探討腎康註射液對高血壓腎病大鼠腎髒的影響。方法將32隻高血壓腎病模型大鼠隨機分為4組:模型對照組、暘性對照組、腎康註射液大劑量組、腎康註射液小劑量組;WKY 大鼠作為陰性對照組。暘性對照組腹腔註射給予福辛普利鈉1.6 mg·kg-1,腎康註射液大、小劑量組腹腔分彆註射給予腎康註射液,相噹于生藥劑量為4,2 g·kg-1,陰性對照組和模型組腹腔分彆註射等體積生理鹽水,1d1次,連續給藥30d。觀察腎康註射液對高血壓腎病大鼠的尿24h蛋白、尿β2-微毬蛋白、腎髒炎癥因子以及腎功能、腎髒病變等的影響。結果與模型組比較,腎康註射液能降低大鼠24 h 尿蛋白的含量及質量濃度,降低腎髒炎癥因子白介素-1β(IL-1β),降低尿素氮、血肌酐、尿痠濃度,改善大鼠腎功能,組間比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論腎康註射液能改善高血壓大鼠腎功能。
목적:탐토신강주사액대고혈압신병대서신장적영향。방법장32지고혈압신병모형대서수궤분위4조:모형대조조、양성대조조、신강주사액대제량조、신강주사액소제량조;WKY 대서작위음성대조조。양성대조조복강주사급여복신보리납1.6 mg·kg-1,신강주사액대、소제량조복강분별주사급여신강주사액,상당우생약제량위4,2 g·kg-1,음성대조조화모형조복강분별주사등체적생리염수,1d1차,련속급약30d。관찰신강주사액대고혈압신병대서적뇨24h단백、뇨β2-미구단백、신장염증인자이급신공능、신장병변등적영향。결과여모형조비교,신강주사액능강저대서24 h 뇨단백적함량급질량농도,강저신장염증인자백개소-1β(IL-1β),강저뇨소담、혈기항、뇨산농도,개선대서신공능,조간비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론신강주사액능개선고혈압대서신공능。
Obj ective To explore the influence of Shenkang Inj ections to the kidney of hypertension nephropathy rats.Methods Thirty-two male hypertension nephropathy rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:model group,positive control group and Shenkang Inj ections low and high dose groups.WKY rats were used as the negative control group.The positive control group was given intraperitoneal inj ection of fosinopril sodium at a dose of 1 .6 mg·kg-1 .Shenkang Inj ections groups were respectively given intraperitoneal inj ection of Shenkang Inj ections,administration dose 4 and 2 g · kg-1 ,amount to crude drugs.Negative control group and model group were injected with a same volume of saline intraperitoneal,1 time a day,continuous administration 30 d. The effects of Shenkang Injections on urinary 24 h protein,urinaryβ2-MG,renal inflammatory cytokines,renal function,renal le-sions and so on were observed.Results Compared with the model group,Shenkang Injections can reduce rat 24 h urine protein and kidney inflammation factors,and improve rat kidney function (P<0.05).Conclusion Shenkang Injections can improve rat kidney function.
