Rubus phoenicolasius Maxim.%flavonoid constituents%structures identification
目的:研究藏药多腺悬钩子的黄酮类成分。方法采用各种柱色谱技术对其成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到8个黄酮类化合物,经鉴定分别为:槲皮素(1),5,7,4′-三羟基双氢黄酮(2),木犀草素(3),木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),5,7,3′-三羟基-8,4′,5′-三甲氧基黄酮(5),香叶木素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(6),槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖基-7-O-α-L-鼠李糖苷(7)和槲皮素3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

목적:연구장약다선현구자적황동류성분。방법채용각충주색보기술대기성분진행분리순화,근거이화성질화파보분석감정화합물적결구。결과종중분리득도8개황동류화합물,경감정분별위:곡피소(1),5,7,4′-삼간기쌍경황동(2),목서초소(3),목서초소-7-O-β-D-포도당감(4),5,7,3′-삼간기-8,4′,5′-삼갑양기황동(5),향협목소-7-O-β-D-포도당감(6),곡피소-3-O-β-D-포도당기-7-O-α-L-서리당감(7)화곡피소3-O-β-D-포도당감(8)。결론소유화합물균위수차종해식물중분리득도。
Obj ective To study the flavonoid constituents of Rubus phoenicolasius Maxim..Methods The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic techniques.Their structures were identified on the basis of physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic data.Results Eight flavonoids were isolated and elucidated as quercetin (1),5,7,4′-trihy-droxy flavanone (2),luteolin (3),luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (4),5,7,3′-trihydroxy-8,4′,5′-trimethoxy flavonoid (5),diosme-tin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (6),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucose-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (7)and quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (8).Con-clusion All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
