房建工程为现浇钢筋混凝土结构，有砼需求量大、工期紧张、结构质量标准要求高等特点，有必要对房建工程混凝土施工工艺进行研究。本文从施工的浇筑前、浇筑中两个方面进行混凝土施工工艺的研究，以期对类似施工有指导和借鉴意义。

Housing project is the cast-in-situ reinforced conc-rete structure, has characteristics like bigger concrete demand, nervous construction period, higher construction quality stand-ards, it is necessary to study the construction technology of co-ncrete for construction project. This paper studies the concrete construction technology from the two aspects of the constru-ction before pouring, in pouring, in order to have guidance and reference for the similar construction.
