医院药师毕业后教育是医院药学教育的重要组成部分,对提高住院药师业务素质具有重要意义.当前,我国医院药师毕业后教育存在不少问题.例如国家层面上实施主体不明确、管理体系不健全、医疗机构不重视、药师缺编以及带教教师带教能力不高等,这些都制约了毕业后教育的发展.本文结合现状提出以下建议:高度重视医院药师毕业后教育,健全管理制度,建立培训基地,加强师资培养以及倡导推行医院药师毕业后教育资格证书制度等,期望早日建立我国规范化的医院药师毕业后教育体系.

The education for hospital pharmacists after graduation wag one of the main parts of hospital pharmaceutical educations,and it was an important approach to cultivate pharmacists of ability.However,there were a number of problems in it at present,such as an indeterminate implementing body at our national level,a half-baked management system,and medical institutions paying no attention to it,shortage of pharmacists and insufficient teaching skills of tutors and so on,Based on the situation,the suggestions were put forward that the education for them should be emphasized,various management systems be instituted and perfected,training bases be established,cultivation of teachers be strengthened,and credential system of the education for them be recommended.We wished that a systematic and standardized system of the education for them in our country be established as early as possible.
