The paper takes enterprise human error and its preventive measures as the research object , and through analysis of human error causes , mechanism and effect , puts forward human error prevention tech-nology model and its design method to reduce or eliminate human errors during the production , discusses and summarizes the effective measures and puts forward suggestions to prevent human error in the process of enterprise production .The purpose is to enhance the management level of enterprise production process .
