对150 t顶底复吹转炉氮氩切换工艺和全程底吹N2工艺进行试验,结果表明:采用全程底吹N2工艺,当供氮强度不超过0.032 m3/(min· t)时,出钢前冶炼终点钢液氮含量为0.001%左右,钢中氮含量不会明显增加,与氮氩切换工艺相当。因此绝大部分钢种可以采用全程底吹N2的工艺进行冶炼,能够满足钢水质量要求。
對150 t頂底複吹轉爐氮氬切換工藝和全程底吹N2工藝進行試驗,結果錶明:採用全程底吹N2工藝,噹供氮彊度不超過0.032 m3/(min· t)時,齣鋼前冶煉終點鋼液氮含量為0.001%左右,鋼中氮含量不會明顯增加,與氮氬切換工藝相噹。因此絕大部分鋼種可以採用全程底吹N2的工藝進行冶煉,能夠滿足鋼水質量要求。
대150 t정저복취전로담아절환공예화전정저취N2공예진행시험,결과표명:채용전정저취N2공예,당공담강도불초과0.032 m3/(min· t)시,출강전야련종점강액담함량위0.001%좌우,강중담함량불회명현증가,여담아절환공예상당。인차절대부분강충가이채용전정저취N2적공예진행야련,능구만족강수질량요구。
The change-over from N2 to Ar and whole process bottom blowing N 2 are studied by experi-ments in 150 t top-bottom combined blowing converter .The experimental results show that the end-point nitrogen content is about 0.001% which is equivalent to the end-point nitrogen content by change-over from N2 to Ar technology under experimental condition when nitrogen supply intensity does not exceed 0.032m3/(min· t).It is proposed that almost all steel grades can be melted by using whole process bot -tom blowing N2 technology and their nitrogen content can meet the needs of quality demands .
